Why clients choose us for this

Inspection and testing

Periodic inspection, fixed wire testing and EICRs delivered to a schedule, with findings ranked C1/C2/C3 so you can budget remedials rather than react to them.

Preventative maintenance

A proactive approach that identifies potential issues before they become costly problems — keeping disruption to daily operations to an absolute minimum.

Emergency lighting

Design, installation, monthly and annual duration testing, plus certification packs your compliance officer can hand straight to an assessor.

Fire alarm systems

Installation, servicing and reactive attendance on fire detection and alarm systems, keeping your building and its occupants protected.

Fault finding

Fast diagnostic attendance from engineers who know the building — not a rotating pool of subcontractors seeing it for the first time.

PAT testing

Portable appliance testing across offices, labs, kitchens and workshops with asset registers and pass/fail reporting.

Frequently asked

What types of building do you cover?+

Offices, universities and colleges, leisure centres, retail spaces and mixed commercial estates — from a single property to a multi-location portfolio.

How often should fixed wire testing be done?+

It depends on the environment and occupancy — commonly every five years for offices and more frequently for higher-risk or public-facing spaces. We'll recommend an interval as part of the initial audit.

Can you take over an existing maintenance contract?+

Yes. We'll review the current documentation, survey the estate, identify anything outstanding and pick the programme up from there.

Do you provide reactive call-out cover?+

We do. Planned maintenance clients get priority reactive attendance for faults, failures and emergency lighting or alarm issues.
